Cobb/NMA Health Institute Board of Directors. Membership includes Executive Director of the National Medical Association (NMA); Chair of the NMA Board of Trustee; President of the NMA; Chair of the Health Policy Comittee of the NMA; and Speaker of the House of Delegates as ex-officio. There are other representative of the NMA.  The board is responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Institute including the election of officers.
